Last meeting minutes were read, amended, and approved.

·         Mr. A said that sales was declining during last six months.

·         Mr. D said that the declining sales is the cause of poor management.

·         Mr. K recommend that we should improve our management to prevent the low profit.

August 31, 2001 was fixed as a date of next meeting.
